Active Exhaust Corp. Case Study

Based in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, Active Exhaust Corp. has designed and manufactured industry-leading exhaust systems for over 50 years - ranging from standard mufflers, to custom-engineered exhaust and emission solutions to meet tomorrow’s environmental demands.

Active Exhaust required an effective solution that would eliminate harmful weld fumes from their manufacturing plant. C&C Mechanical installed Diversitech Airhawk (Filterhawk) units connected to 6 self-supporting 10’long capture arms. The arms were mounted on posts to deliver the correct angle of attack in order to capture smoke and fumes for their welding applications.
